The shrimp will initially be paler in color due to travel but they will soon flourish when settled if the conditions are right.

We will only resend/refund for shrimps that arrive dead, if this is the case do not open the bag and send a picture asap of the dead shrimp in the bag. We will not be held responsible for shrimps that die whilst in the tank, if you miss your delivery the refund is automatically declined as it is your responsibility to be there when the shrimp arrive, it is your responsibility to make sure the conditions/tank mates are correct.                                   (UK BRED NO IMPORTS!)

We post out  Monday-Thursday due to not wanting shrimps left in postal depots over the weekends.
